LeBron James’ teammate at Los Angeles Lakers, Deandre Ayton, was arrested on Tuesday at Lynden Pindling Worldwide Airport in the Bahamas for being in possession of a small quantity of marijuana, two sources acquainted with the matter informed Reuters.
Ayton, a native of the Bahamas, was briefly detained after which launched, the sources stated. The basketball star was arrested as he was attempting to fly in a foreign country.
Reuters was not in a position to decide his present whereabouts.
The Royal Bahamas Police Pressure and the Lakers didn’t instantly reply to requests for remark.
