The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) on Monday introduced it had arrange an unbiased cricket regulator after a damning report revealed racism, sexism, classism and elitism within the sport.
The Unbiased Fee for Fairness in Cricket (ICEC) revealed its findings in June, revealing “widespread” discrimination within the sport and making 44 suggestions.
The ICEC was established in 2021 following a racism scandal centred across the therapy of Pakistan-born bowler Azeem Rafiq at Yorkshire County Cricket Membership.
