AEW World Champion MJF isn’t taking his humiliating defeat flippantly.
On the February 4, 2026 episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF was squashed in stunning trend by Brody King throughout their AEW World Championship Eliminator Match. The match was over nearly as quick because it began, with King dismantling the champ following a distraction from Hangman Web page.
However now, MJF has issued his first public response—and he’s not proudly owning it. Taking to Twitter shortly after the present, MJF wrote, “FLUKE!!!!!”
The tweet was quick, loud, and clearly emotional—presumably signaling that the AEW World Champion isn’t able to admit King earned that win. However whether or not he likes it or not, the injury is finished. Brody King is now set to face MJF at AEW Grand Slam: Australia with the world title on the road.
Right here’s the up to date card for AEW Grand Slam: Australia (February 14, 2026):
