Rohit Sharma marked his return to the Vijaya Hazare Trophy after seven years in model, scoring a 62-ball hundred for Mumbai towards Sikkim in Jaipur on Wednesday.
With Mumbai chasing 237, Rohit opened the batting, strolling out in entrance of a packed crowd on the Sawai Mansingh Stadium.
The 38-year-old took on the bowlers immediately, finishing his century in 62 balls with eight fours and as many sixes.
It was second-ever century within the Vijay Hazare Trophy and his quickest ton in Lisa A cricket, bettering his 63-ball ton towards Afghanistan within the ODI World Cup 2023.
