This week on WWE NXT, Joe Hendry and Mike Santana joined forces for tag workforce motion towards Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe of The Excessive Ryze.
With the epic three-way TNA World Championship match between Trick Williams, Joe Hendry and Mike Santana quick approaching at Slammiversary, and the official contract signing set for this Saturday at WWE The Nice American Bash, it was all about making a press release.
Wes Lee would become involved at ringside, permitting Tyson and Tyriek to achieve management of the matchup. After withstanding a vicious assault, Hendry broke free and made the tag to Santana.
Whereas Santana went on the offensive, TNA World Champion Trick Williams made his presence felt when he appeared at ringside and despatched Hendry crashing into the metal ring steps. In the meantime, Santana would choose up the victory for his workforce after taking out Dupont with Spin the Block.
After the bell, Trick blindsided Santana with the Trick Kick to face tall alongside The Excessive Ryze.
