Grammy-nominated famous person Quavo not too long ago teamed up with a number of the most multi-talented stars in tradition at present for the seventh annual Huncho Day—which featured a star soccer sport and the first-ever basketball and soccer day devoted to neighborhood motion.
Held in Atlanta at Quavo’s alma mater, Berkmar Excessive Faculty, Huncho Day featured a 7v7 soccer exhibition sport between Group Huncho Basketball and Group Huncho Elite, in addition to a star flag soccer sport and a Group Huncho basketball sport.
Visitor coaches included none aside from LSU standout Flau’jae Johnson—who can drop buckets on the courtroom and spit bars within the sales space—in addition to comic/social media sensation, Drusk, former NBA Champion Stephen Jackson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ security Richard LeConte III, Utah Utes’ guard Deivon Smith, rapper King Harris and extra.
Johnson even coached the white group alongside Quavo, whereas the orange group was led by Druski and McCloud.
The sold-out occasion, which introduced collectively each sports activities and tradition, was all for a larger trigger, elevating $50,000 for The Rocket Basis in help of gun violence prevention. Quavo based the Rocket Basis in November of 2022 to honor the life and legacy of Takeoff.
