The Omaha Supernovas capped a busy Professional Volleyball Federation Saturday with a five-set win on the Orlando Valkyries.

Within the first match of the day, the Grand Rapids Rise beat the Columbus Fury in 4 after which then the Atlanta Vibe beat the visiting Vegas Thrill in 4.

The following PVF match is Monday when the Thrill go to Columbus.

OMAHA 3, ORLANDO 2: The Supernovas improved to 7-3 with a 25-19, 17-25, 25-18, 18-25, 15-6 victory. Brooke Nuneviller continued to steer Omaha, this time with 20 kills, an ace, 18 digs and two blocks, one solo. Hirstina Vuchkova had 9 kills, three digs and 7 blocks, 5 solo. Allison Mayfield added 12 kills, 4 blocks and 14 digs. Sydney Hilley had 33 assists, two aces, a block, seven digs and three kills.

Orlando (4-6) was led by Jill Gillen, who had 20 kills, an ace, 13 digs and 4 blocks, one solo. Adora Anae added 12 kills, an ace, 14 digs and two blocks, one solo. Shainah Joesph had 9 kills, an ace, 9 digs and three block assists. Wilma Rivera had 16 digs and Georgia Murphy 13 to go together with 4 assists.

GRAND RAPIDS 3, COLUMBUS 1: Grand Rapids beat Columbus for the second time this season, 25-15, 13-25, 25-17, 25-23, because the Rise improved to 4-4 and the Fury dropped to 4-3, tied within the loss column with league leaders Atlanta and Omaha.

Claire Chaussee led the Rise with 17 kills and added 14 digs, an help, and three blocks, one solo. Emiliya Dimitrova had 14 kills, an ace, 4 digs, two assists and 9 blocks, three solo. Marin Grote had seven kills, an ace, 4 digs and 9 blocks, 4 solo. Ashley Evans had 40 assists to go together with seven digs and 5 blocks, 4 solo.

Megan Courtney Lush had 13 kills for Columbus to go together with three aces, 13 digs and 5 blocks, two solo. Reagan Cooper had eight kills, 9 digs and two blocks, one solo.

ATLANTA 3, VEGAS 1: Atlanta (7-3) beat the visiting Thrill (3-7) 25-16, 22-25, 25-23, 25-20 because the Vibe received 17 factors apiece from Shelly Fanning, Leah Edmond and Jehlarova Magdalena.

Fanning had 13 kills, two aces, a dig and 7 blocks, one solo. Edmond had 15 kills, an ace, eight digs and 5 blocks, one solo. And Magdalena had eight kills, two aces, two digs and 10 blocks, seven solo. Anna Lazareva had 12 kills, an ace, 15 digs and two blocks, one solo. 

Vegas received 11 kills from Khat Bell and 10 from Kenna Sauer. Bell had seven digs and 5 blocks, two solo. Sauer had 10 digs and 4 blocks, three solo. Kylie Murr had 15 digs and two assists.
